Stage one of our 2026 machinery upgrade plan has been completed. Our brand-new B1 CTP platesetter has been installed and is now up and running. The install has increased image quality, output speed and capacity in our repro department.

We continue our partnership with ECO3 and decided on the Avalon 8-up series platesetter due to the proven quality and reliability we’ve come to expect from the manufacturer, Screen – the world leader in CTP manufacturing.

The platesetter images plates for our lithographic printing presses.  The new machine uses thermal laser diodes to deliver superior imaging quality.

This has been installed ahead of a major factory upgrade due in Spring 2026.
